I would need to know more about the project location and the actual request. Below is what would need to be included for evaluation:

A TIA would be required and would need to include the intersection of SE Adams and SE 21^st Street.    TIA should follow TIA guidelines.

1. 1. Current traffic counts will be needed for peak hours and analysis should be completed using existing traffic signal timings.
   2. TIA will need to include 20-year volume condition.
   3. Analysis should include vehicle queue data.
   4. The TIA will need to include discussion about access management.  With SE Adams and SE 21^st Street being a traffic signal, the location of the driveways will be important. 
   5. Depending on the location of the site, sight distance evaluation may be needed
